Curriculum Planning
Emphasizing hospitality-management professional knowledge and skill cultivation, the curriculum includes modules in Beverage Skills and Management, Culinary Skills and Management, Hospitality Service Skills and Management, Human Training and Management, Marketing Planning, as well as Starting a Business (Entrepreneur).
Curriculum design allows undergraduate students to earn both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in five years or to allow senior students to enter the job market early in order to secure jobs after graduation. More details on course contents are shown below.
